The Touchlock compact kit stainless steel keypad 153-588 is a complete mains supply operated keypad access system in a kit form. It includes the 527-138 TOUCHLOCK Keypad, a fail locked electric release and a transformer. All that is required to complete the keypad installation is the latch. The kit is designed to work with existing morticed latches or surface mounted night latches, if neither of these exist, a new latch must be purchased separately. If required, the 12 V a.c. transformer supplied in the kit can be substituted by a 12 V d.c. backup power supply. This will ensure continuous operation during power failures. 12 V d.c. boxed power supply 1A (sales code 339-424) together with a 12 Volt 1.2 AH battery for 1A boxed power supply (sales code 339-425) are suitable for this. 1 year warranty on release and transformer.
